Existing clients can apply the reward to their account instead of taking a check — and we add 25% on top. A $500 reward becomes $625 in credit.

They Sign
Assessment, proposal, agreement. We keep you posted on where things stand.
You Get Paid
Within 30 days of their first paid invoice. Check, ACH, credit, or donation.
Who Makes a Good Referral
You don’t need to diagnose anything. If you’ve heard a business owner say something close to one of these, that’s the signal:
“Our IT guy takes days to get back to us.”
“We just got hit with a phishing email and I’m not sure what to do.”
“Our insurance carrier is asking about MFA and backups.”
“Nobody actually owns IT here — it’s whoever is least busy.”
“We’re opening a second location and the network is a mess.”
“I have no idea if our backups are actually working.”
You do not have to be a current client to participate. Vendors, bookkeepers, commercial realtors, and business neighbors are all welcome to refer.

Program Terms
- The referred business must be new to Everything IT LLC and not already an active prospect in our pipeline at the time you submit it. If we’re already in conversation with them, we’ll tell you right away.
- Submit the referral before we make contact. Referrals credited to you stay credited for 12 months from the date of submission.
- Rewards are earned when the referred business signs a managed services agreement and pays its first invoice in full. Payment is issued within 30 days of that.
- Tier is determined by the number of supported users on the signed agreement.
- Project-only, hourly, and one-time engagements do not qualify for a tier reward, though we’re happy to thank you another way.
- If the referred business cancels within the first 90 days, the reward may be prorated or withheld.
- There is no cap on how many businesses you can refer.
- Rewards totaling $600 or more in a calendar year require a completed W-9 and will be reported on a Form 1099. Everything IT LLC does not provide tax advice.
- Please confirm your employer’s policy before accepting a reward. We cannot pay referral rewards where a recipient’s organization, procurement rules, or public-sector ethics policy prohibits them — in those cases we’re glad to make the charitable donation instead.
- Employees of Everything IT LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- Everything IT LLC may modify or end this program at any time. The terms in effect on the date you submit a referral are the terms that apply to it.
